Flatout Franchising opens for FDD registration in Q3 2026. Between now and then, we're selecting 15 founding franchisees to launch alongside us. Founding territories are claimed first-come, first-served — once a market is reserved, it's off the board. The territory you want today may not be available in 60 days.
We're intentionally limiting our first cohort to 15 operators. This keeps our support concentrated, our build-out quality high, and our founding franchisees genuinely connected to the people building the system around them. After the 15th territory is awarded, terms shift to standard.
Founding franchisees receive a reduced franchise fee — a meaningful discount off the post-launch standard. This isn't a promotional gimmick; it reflects the real value founding operators bring by helping us validate, refine, and scale the system before mass rollout.
Founding franchisees lock in expanded, protected territory rights — larger radius and stronger exclusivity than what will be offered to franchisees joining after Q3 2026. In a category this early, territory size compounds. Securing a metro now is fundamentally different from securing a ZIP code later.
